We have posted a bunch of our student introductions on our school website. We encourage you to read them and follow-up with posts of your own if you wish.
Also, we started working on our Australian art projects and we look forward to showing you them when you return!

ReplyDelete(Sorry I'm posting this as a response, I can't figure out how to post it as a new topic, maybe you can help since you're a computer guy!)
Hi Zach!
Sorry for the late response, I did not realize that your questions would be on another site and not directly on the blog. That’s really cool that you are into computers, I was too when I was your age! I think it is even more cool that you want to go to sea world, our class actually went scuba diving and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef yesterday and I got some really cool pictures, what kind of sea animals are your favorite?

Hey Bryce,
ReplyDeleteAgain sorry for the delayed response (I did not realize that your question was posted on another site).
Our group hopes to bring back some souvenirs for your class, hopefully we can find something!
A lot of the food we have had has been the same as the United States until tonight, for dinner I had Kangaroo and even tried some Squid and Reef Shark. Sea Food seems to be popular here because of how close we are to the ocean. Australia has no official language, but English is the most commonly spoken language so we don’t have any trouble getting around. Although they speak a slightly different kind of English than we do so we are still learning some new words! We have been getting around Cairns mostly by foot or bus, but to get to Sydney we will be taking an airplane because it is really far away! I hope you’re enjoying winter, it is really (really) hot here!
